To avail this service, login to the Airtel website and file a claim for damage within 48 hours of the event. The following documents will be required to file a claim:

  1. Duly filled claim form with signature
  2. Self-attested government-issued photo ID
  3. Pictures of the broken device
  4. Invoice of the purchase

After successfully raising the claim online, the Airtel OneAssist team will have the damaged device collected from your doorstep, along with the hard copies of the required documents. After the repairs are done, the device will be delivered to your doorstep.
