Variations of queen size mattress

Olympic Queen – The Olympic Queen is wider than the standard Queen and may be suitable for some couples. This size is typically 66 inches wide and 80 inches long.

California Queen – This size is longer than a standard queen and is ideal for very tall people. The Queen of California is typically 60 inches wide x 84 inches long.

Depending on your height, bedroom size, and whether you sleep with your partner, a queen bed frame may be more suitable than a standard queen. The downside is that the required bed frame may not be available in any of these sizes. In that case, you’ll have to find a new model or buy a more expensive custom-sized frame.
